The housings are made of cast aluminium with a pressure rating of 16 bar (g) and the unique housing design makes it possible to change the desiccant cartridge in less than 2 minutes, providing minimum downtime to the respective application. MDK series point of use dryers are available in three sizes for volume flows up to 105 m³/h. Dew-point indicators that help to monitor the status of the dryers are available as an option.

Sizing and Selection
To ensure quoted air purity performance is met, a compressed air dryer must be sized correctly for minimum operating pressure, maximum inlet temperature and maximum inlet flow rate using the correction factors found in the Product Information Sheet.
